Beachin' Marshmallow Pops

Here is what we did for What's Cooking Wednesday! We made Beaching' Marshmallow Pops! 


Beau loves marshmallow pops. Well, actually, he just loves chocolate. And sugar. And marshmallows. I first learned to make marshmallow pops using a recipe from The Pioneer Woman. Instead of melting chocolate bars, HEB sells these wafers, already in a cup, ready to microwave. Beau likes to test it out first to make sure its not poisonous.


Then we add blue food coloring and mix it up.



And then we dip the lollipop sticks in the chocolate and stick them in the marshmallows. While they dry (for about 10 minutes) we make silly faces at the camera and pretend we are fish.







Then we add some brown sugar (for the sand) and plain goldfish crackers.


Then we eat them. Yummy!
